Jamaican regulations require you to have a deposit authorization form on file to receive Direct to Local Bank transfers. We will contact you if our payer indicates this has not yet been set up. To prevent a delay in receiving your funds, complete and remit the form prior to your next withdrawal request.
The process to submit your deposit authorization
- Download the form here
- Print and fill out the form
- Copies of your signed form, your photo ID, and Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) should be submitted to JMMB Money Transfer via fax (876- 960-2833) or email (jmmbmoneytransfer@jmmb.com)
- The original authorization form should also be mailed or delivered to JMMB Money Transfer Limited, 6-8 Grenada Way, Kingston 5, Jamaica
