User Type: Freelancer or non-exclusive agency member (Agencies have different criteria)

Freelancer Profile:100% complete

Account Status: No Terms of Service violations in the last 3 months

Relevant Proposals:Submit proposals to projects relevant to your skill set

Knowledge Check: Passed the Upwork Readiness Test (link in email invitation)

Work History: First contract on Upwork was more than 90 days ago

 

Earnings: $1,000 or more on Upwork in the last 12 months

 

* To receive and keep Top Rated status, freelancers have a Job Success Score of at least 90% (or have been in Rising Talent status) for 13 of the last 16 weeks.
