Sometimes a highly motivated client will pay to have their project listed as a featured job. This can help make their projects stand out on Upwork.
For you as a freelancer, seeing the Featured Jobs badge on a post lets you know that the client is very serious about finding a freelancer for this project.
To find Featured Jobs, just look for the blue banner that says “Featured Jobs.”
