You'll be asked, "How can we help?" Describe your situation. Click "Continue" and we'll try to find the answer for you with this information. If this advanced search algorithm still hasn’t answered your question, click "I Still Need Help." Choose a category > subcategory to see your options for submitting a help request.
All users will see a button to ask the community for help (a great resource of advice from fellow users). Choose the "Community" button to search the community forum for issues similar to your own. It opens a new window, so you can come back to your intact submit request form, if necessary.
All clients and most freelancers (including all with Top Rated/Rising Talent status, active contracts, or recent earnings) will also see buttons to contact Upwork Customer Support. The standard option is to submit a ticket via email. If available on your account, live chat and/or phone support can be accessed using this same "Get Help" form.
