One of the benefits you have as an Enterprise client is having more control over how you use and interact with the Upwork platform. This includes financial transactions such as billing. Upwork Enterprise uses a dedicated billing method, giving you more financial control and the ability to process larger budgets than our standard marketplace billing methods (credit card/PayPal/ACH).
Upwork Enterprise billing helps teams to manage larger budgets.
- Your company receives a monthly invoice for all transactions assessed to the account, broken out by team or other custom fields
- Depending on your internal financial processes, your company will charge your department’s cost center
- Track your amount due in Reports › Transaction; the negative balance indicates the amount due for invoicing
