No, Enterprise companies must opt in to use AI features as a company, not as an individual user.
We execute agreements with Enterprise clients that supersede and/or override portions of our privacy policy. Upwork excludes Enterprise clients from AI model training, and any proposed use of data that contradicts an Enterprise client’s current agreement will be addressed with contractual modification.
