Scheduling a meeting will never be easier than it is with Upwork chats. Choose a meeting duration and you can edit your availability. At any moment you see fit, integrate your calendars and Upwork will let you know if you have overlapping meetings. After you are done, you can do the meeting with the Integrated Zoom app. Inside the chat, get ready for all your opportunities.
Upwork's built-in meeting scheduler makes it easy to coordinate with clients. Follow these steps to schedule your next meeting:
- Initiate the meeting: Navigate to the relevant message thread and click "Schedule a Meeting."
- Connect your calendar: Link your preferred calendar for accurate availability checks.
- Set availability: Choose your time zone and available time slots.
- Specify meeting length: Select the desired duration (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes).
- Send invite: Click "Send" to share the meeting invite with the other participants.
Note: Participants can select time slots from the shared calendar and confirm the meeting. The meeting will automatically be added to both parties' calendars. Remember to avoid using external scheduling tools, such as Calendly. However, the interview process for Enterprise clients can be done outside the platform.
