In some cases, we ask users to have a brief video chat to verify their profile. The call should take less than ten minutes and we will ask you a few questions about the information in your profile.

Until the call is completed, a temporary hold will be placed on your account. During this time, you will not be able to submit new proposals or change your profile photo. However, we will resume your account upon successful verification.

To complete the required video call, please click on the link in the email titled "Action Required: Please Verify Your Identity."
