The Upwork jobs dashboard helps clients and their teams manage hiring activity efficiently. It offers personalized views based on job posting history, highlights active and draft job posts, enables coworker collaboration, and provides shortcuts to post jobs, invite teammates, or view team activity—all from one centralized interface.


The jobs dashboard dashboard in your Upwork account can help you and your team easily share information, post jobs faster, and make the most of Upwork as you grow your business. You’ll see it when you log in and can return to the page by selecting the Upwork logo in the upper left corner.

 If you haven't posted a job, or at least saved a draft, you won't have a dashboard yet. What you see on your dashboard will depend on your Upwork activity so far.

You’ve posted a job, but your coworkers haven't
  • You may see a helpful How to get quality work, fast section or other resources for new clients so you can learn more about Upwork if you haven't completed a contract yet. You may also see steps you need to take before hiring
  • You may see a + next to an Invite coworkers button. This allows admins on your account to easily add coworkers. (You can also find Invite coworkers in the dropdown selections under your profile pic in the upper right)
  • You’ll be prompted to post a job. Step-by-step instructions can help you quickly create a new job post, and you can also get help from AI
  • You’ll see an overview of your job posts, drafts, contracts, and pending contracts
You haven’t posted a job yet, but your coworkers have

Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t see the my jobs dashboard at all. Where is it?

If you’re a new client with no coworkers and you have not created a job post yet, or at least saved a draft, you won't see a dashboard. Once you post a job or save a draft, you’ll see the dashboard.

How do I post a job from my dashboard?

You'll see a Post a job button on the right side of the page.

If this is your first job post, you may also see a large Post a Job button.

Can I see a list of my job posts or contracts as separate views?

Hover your mouse over the Hire talent tab in the main navigation bar to see your job posts and proposals in the dropdown selections or over Manage work to select your contracts.

How do I add a coworker if I’m not an admin on the account?
Please contact the admin on your account to either invite someone to join or to update your hiring permissions.
How do I see what my coworkers are doing?

If you have coworkers on the same account, you can see their job posts and contracts by selecting Team activity in the right sideboard of your dashboard.

How do I copy a job post my coworker has posted?
When you select Post a job, in the job posting flow you'll see the option to reuse a previous job post your dashboard. When you select that, you'll see dropdown selections to choose a team, then dropdown selections for that team's specific posts.
