Allow camera access

If permissions are turned off, you may need to allow us to access your camera

For Android Chrome

To the right of the address bar, tap the triple dot (...) button > Settings. Choose Site Settings. Select Microphone or Camera. Turn the microphone or camera on or off.

For Google Chrome

On the left of your address bar, tap Camera or Microphone. These icons only appear if you previously changed your camera and microphone permissions for the site. Turn Permissions on or off.

For Safari

Go to Settings on your device. Scroll down and open the Safari tab. Ensure Camera & Microphone are set to Allow.

For Firefox

In your device's Settings app, go to Apps, and select Firefox. Open Permissions. Ensure the camera and microphone are toggled on.

For Microsoft Edge

Choose the microphone or camera button in the bottom menu toolbar. A pop-up should appear in the upper left of your screen asking for permission to use your camera and microphone.
