Our chatbot can help you get the answers you need, quickly. Check out the tips below to get the most out of it.
Provide clear and detailed information
The more specific details you provide about your issue, the better. For best results, use this format: “Question. Context of the issue. Profile type (freelancer, client, agency, etc.)”
Examples:
❌ Vague: "payment issue"
Using vague keywords with no additional details leads the bot to give a generic response. “Payment issue” could mean many things, such as pending contract payments, delayed withdrawals, or failed transactions.
✅ Detailed: "(Question) There are no funds in my account. (Context) I completed a fixed-price contract and delivered all milestones, but my payment hasn’t been released. (Profile type) I’m a freelancer."
Using the style and details suggested above — Question. Context. Profile type. — allowed the bot to infer the actual issue. This shows how a change in formatting your question can lead to a more accurate response.
Use the provided options
During the conversation, the chatbot may present you with a list of response options tailored to guide you. Selecting from these options is usually more effective than manually entering a response. It helps direct the conversation effectively and leads you to the right solution faster.
Example:
Notice how we got stuck in a loop in the example below. The bot kept asking for the account type because we kept using the type field instead of choosing from the presented options.
Avoid generic commands
While the chatbot is a valuable resource for finding answers, typing simple phrases or commands like "contact agent" or “talk to human” might not always lead you to a direct resolution. Engaging in a natural conversation by explaining your issue increases the chances of getting a relevant solution.
