Talent badges display on your agency profile, proposals, and Project Catalog projects. They let clients know you have a track record of great work or activity that shows great potential and may increase your chances of being invited to interview.
The badges may display on your agency members’ profiles too:
- For Rising Talent agencies, the badge appears on the agency profile and profiles of exclusive agency members without Job Success Scores.
- For Top Rated agencies, the badge appears on the agency profile and profiles of exclusive agency members with Job Success Scores. Exclusive members without Job Success Scores will display the Rising Talent badge.
