All clients must have a verified payment method on file at all times. It is possible to add multiple credit cards or PayPal accounts, but you can only set one as your primary payment method for billing purposes.
Change your primary payment method
- Go to Settings › Billing Methods
- Add the new credit card or PayPal account before removing your primary credit card
- Verify your new credit card, and be sure to select it as the primary payment method for your account
- Remove the old credit card or PayPal account
If you have multiple methods of payment on file, you can remove all but your primary choice. If you only have one payment method on file and you want to delete it, you will need to add a new payment method before deleting your old one.
