Important: For security purposes, invoices and receipts are only available to company account owners and admins with either full or finance-only permissions. Team members without these permissions won’t see these documents in their transaction history.
How do I get invoices and receipts?
Your transaction history has two tabs for filtering and downloading financial records:
- Payments (default tab): Shows all payments and refunds
- Charges: Shows all charges, fees, and taxes
From the Payments tab (for receipts)
- Go to Reports > Transaction history
- You’ll land on the Payments tab by default
- Click any row to open a detailed slider view of that payment or refund
- Use the options inside the slider to:
- Click Download PDF to get a payment summary and receipt, OR
- Click the receipt icon in the table to download a single receipt
From the Charges tab (for invoices)
- Switch to the Charges tab at the top of the transaction history page
- Click any charge to open its summary
- Inside the summary slider:
- Click Download PDF to get a breakdown of the charge and any associated payments, OR
- Click the invoice icon next to a specific charge to download just that invoice
How do I bulk download invoices and receipts?
The way we process your bulk invoice downloads depends on how many invoices or receipts are in your request:
- Small requests: Most files process within 30 seconds. They will appear in your computer’s downloads folder
- Large requests: Larger downloads may take up to two hours. When ready, a link to a ZIP file will be sent to your email and remain active for 72 hours
- Errors: If you select too many invoices or receipts, reduce your request size and try again. The CSV limit is 1,000 transactions, and the PDF limit is 2,000
To download bulk invoices and receipts
- Go to Reports > Transaction history
- Choose the Payments tab for receipts or the Charges tab for invoices
- Apply any filters you want
- Choose Select download dropdown
- Choose a CSV file, which shows a summary of transactions, or PDFs, which will generate separate PDFs for each transaction in one ZIP file

What if I don't get the bulk download email or my link expires?
When making a larger request, please wait up to two hours to receive a link through email. The link will only stay active for 72 hours.
