In some cases, we ask users to have a brief video chat to verify their profile. The call should take less than ten minutes — we will ask you a few questions about the information in your profile.
To complete the required video call
- Make sure you have a working webcam and microphone
- Click on the link in the Action required message shown on your account, or the email entitled Action Required: Please Verify Your Identity.
