Can an AI agent draft and submit a proposal through MCP?
Yes. An AI agent can help you draft a proposal. Before submitting it, you'll review the proposal details and explicitly confirm the submission.
My proposal confirmation failed. Was my proposal submitted?
Don't assume your proposal was submitted. Check your submitted or pending proposals and your Connects balance.
If you don't see the proposal or a change to your Connects balance, don't repeatedly retry the submission. Contact Upwork Support and include the job reference, the error you received, when it happened, and a trace ID, if available.
Can I create or edit Project Catalog projects through MCP?
Not currently. You can’t use MCP to create or edit Project Catalog projects, add media, submit a draft, or manage a project’s status.
