- Ensure you can access the email address associated with your Upwork account.
- On the Upwork login page, choose the Forgot password? link when prompted for your password.
- Enter your Upwork username or email.

Forgotten both your password AND your security answer
- Ensure you can access the email address associated with your Upwork account.
- Submit this form in order to provide Upwork Support with additional information to recover your account.
