My freelancer isn't replying to my messages. What should I do?
If you are working with a freelancer or agency and they become unresponsive for a long period of time, it may be best to pause the contract (if it's an hourly contract) to avoid being billed and wait for contact from them.
For fixed-price contracts, you'll always have the chance to approve or reject a milestone payment, so there's no option to pause these contract types. If no payment requests have been made, any pending funds will remain until they are released by you.
