If you are working with a company that uses a federated Single Sign-On (SSO) account, you will not be able to change your email or security question.

When you use a federated SSO account, the email and security question settings are typically managed by the identity provider (IdP) or the organization responsible for the SSO system. You cannot change your email or security question directly because these details are synchronized with the identity information for you that is stored in the IdP's system.
