What is Freelancer Plus?
Freelancer Plus is a premium subscription plan on Upwork designed to help you grow your business faster by giving you access to additional tools and visibility. Here's what you get:

Connects
- Get 100 Connects each month to apply for projects once you’ve been on the Freelancer Plus plan for one month. (In your first month, you’ll get between 90-100 Connects depending on when you upgrade, since you may have already been granted free Connects on the Basic plan)

- Receive real-time notifications for new projects that match your skills, saved searches, and past proposals

- Expanded data on applicants, bids, and hiring activity that can help you refine your bidding and proposal strategy

How do I upgrade to Freelancer Plus?
- Select your profile icon in the top right corner, then choose Membership plan from the dropdown selections
- Select Change Plan to see pricing options and make your selection
- Choose the Upgrade to Plus button
How much does the Freelancer Plus plan cost?
To see your cost:
- Select your profile icon in the top right corner
- Choose Membership plan from the dropdown selections
- Select Change Plan to see pricing options
Note: Exception for billing cycles that start at the end of the month
If you sign up for Freelancer Plus on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, your plan will renew on the 1st of the following month instead. After that, your billing will follow a regular monthly schedule. On the 1st of each month, you’ll receive the full number of Connects and be charged the full plan cost.
Note:
When your Freelancer Plus membership renews successfully, your monthly Connects are added as part of the renewal process. While this usually happens shortly after your renewal, it may take up to 12 hours for your Connects to appear in your account.
