What are stats and trends on Upwork?
Stats and trends help you track your progress and spot opportunities to grow. They translate your activity — like proposals, profile views, and client interactions — into simple, actionable insights.
You can learn:
-
- How you’re performing compared to other freelancers
- Which actions (like boosting or sending proposals) are paying off
- Where there’s room to grow your business
How do I view my stats and trends?
- Select your profile icon
- Choose Stats and trends
When do my stats and trends start showing data or update data?
Your page starts populating with data after your first proposal submission or direct hire — whichever comes first.
Stats typically update within 24 hours once events happen. For example:
-
- Sending a new proposal
- Receiving profile views (especially when boosting)
- Earning badges or new feedback
Each chart includes a timestamp so you know when it was last refreshed.
Note: Some data might not appear until you’ve built up enough work history to calculate your info.

Why didn't my eligible weeks change this week?
Your “eligible weeks” metric shows how many of the last 16 weeks you were either Rising Talent or had a JSS of 90% or higher. It updates weekly:
-
- If you’re eligible this week and weren’t 17 weeks ago — your total goes up
- If you’re not eligible this week but were 17 weeks ago — it goes down
- Otherwise, it stays the same
