How does changing feedback from clients work?
- Once a client leaves feedback, it’s locked in — unless you give them permission to update it
- Once you allow your client to change their feedback, they'll have 14 days to make any changes
- Clients can only submit revised feedback one time — they can't change it again
How do I allow a client to changes their feedback?
- Go to All contracts
- Open the contract to go to the details page
- Find the client’s feedback to you
- Select Enable client to change feedback
