How does changing feedback from clients work?

  • Once a client leaves feedback, it’s locked in — unless you give them permission to update it
  • Once you allow your client to change their feedback, they'll have 14 days to make any changes
  • Clients can only submit revised feedback one time — they can't change it again


How do I allow a client to changes their feedback?

  1. Go to All contracts
  2. Open the contract to go to the details page
  3. Find the client’s feedback to you
  4. Select Enable client to change feedback
