Automatic payment schedule

To help give you control of your earnings and make getting paid more convenient, we created the “set it and forget it” payment schedule feature. Based on the payment schedule you choose, your earnings are automatically sent to your primary payment method.

You’ll also choose a minimum withdrawal amount for automatic payments. If your available balance never exceeds this limit, you can use the Get Paid Now button to manually withdraw your earnings at any time. You can also manually withdraw available earnings before your scheduled withdrawal date. It’s totally up to you.

To set up or change your automatic payment schedule schedule or minimum withdrawal amount, go to Settings > Get Paid and select the pencil icon in the Withdrawal schedule section.

Balances older than 180 days will be withdrawn automatically, whether they are over your balance limit or not.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

Your balance is only withdrawn automatically when it exceeds the specific limit that you set (e.g., $100 USD or more) on your scheduled withdrawal date.

Payment schedule options

  • Quarterly (last Monday of each quarter)
  • Monthly (last Wednesday of each month)
  • Twice per month (1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month)
  • Weekly (every Wednesday)

IMPORTANT EXCEPTION:

Weekly, monthly, and twice-per-month schedules won't pay out if the entire balance becomes available on the same day. This means that if you have a zero balance before earnings clear on payday, the scheduled payment will be deferred to the next cycle. Weekly, monthly, and twice-per-month schedules will be processed the same day if your account has any prior balance.

Reserve balance

If you want to keep earnings in your account to purchase Connects or a monthly membership plan, you can set a reserve balance of up to $250 USD that won’t be disbursed with your scheduled withdrawals.

For example, you may want to keep $150 USD in a reserve balance to easily buy Connects. When you purchase Connects and your balance drops below $150 USD, we’ll automatically use any earnings you collect to keep the reserve balance at $150 USD.

Important:

We will always replenish your reserve balance so it has the amount you want in it before releasing any automatic payments. You can withdraw your reserve balance by making a manual withdrawal at any time.

To set up, edit, or remove a reserve balance:

  1. Go to Settings > Get Paid
  2. Choose the pencil icon in the Withdrawal schedule section

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still withdraw my earnings manually if I have an automatic withdrawal scheduled?

Yes. You can manually withdraw available funds at any time. You do not have to wait until your scheduled withdrawal.

How can I withdraw earnings from my reserve balance?

Your reserve balance is disbursed if you withdraw funds manually, allowing you to easily access earnings from your reserve balance. However, if you want to edit your reserve balance, go to Settings > Get Paid and choose the pencil icon in the Withdrawal schedule section to lower the amount. You can change the amount to zero.
