Here are the legal terms:
Offer: Spend $1,000 on Business Plus and get $500 back in Upwork credits
You must have an Upwork Account and register or upgrade to Business Plus in order to activate this promotion. To qualify for this limited time offer, you must be on the Business Plus Plan and spend $1,000 on service contracts (i.e. freelancer and agency payments) within sixty (60) days from the date of activation. When promotion requirements are met, Upwork will issue a credit of $500 to your account within three (3) business day. Offer valid only for clients who are either (a) new to Upwork or (b) currently on a Basic or Business Plus plan with no prior spend on the platform who have logged into their Upwork Account between July 30, 2025, and October 28, 2025.
Restrictions: Only one offer can be redeemed per client account. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. The account credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The account credit issued as part of this promotion will expire on October 29, 2026. Account credit can only be used on the platform (i.e. for freelancer and agency payments). Clients who downgrade from a Business Plus plan to a Basic plan will, at the end of their Business Plus cycle, forfeit any unused account credits issued as part of this promotion, including unexpired account credits.
