How long do M-Pesa transfers take?
In most cases, your withdrawal transfers right away. Occasionally, it may take up to five business days. If it has been more than five business days, please contact us.
What fees should I expect when using M-Pesa?
In addition to what Upwork charges, there may be additional costs on M-Pesa's side. M-Pesa's outgoing fees vary by method and amount — please check with M-Pesa for fees.
To see the current Upwork fee:

- Select Add a method to view available withdrawal options and fees
