How long do mobile wallet transfers take?
In most cases, your withdrawal arrives within minutes. Occasionally it may take longer. If it's been more than 24 hours, please ensure there are no concerns from your wallet provider; otherwise, please contact us.
What fees should I expect when using mobile wallet?
Upwork charges a withdrawal fee that varies by mobile wallet. For withdrawals in local currency, the final amount you receive in your wallet is based on an exchange rate that includes currency conversion costs. No additional conversion fee will be deducted. Your wallet provider may also charge additional fees. Check with your provider for details.
