Misclassified content: content generated by a freelancer or client that is posted in an incorrect location or using the incorrect classification (e.g. contract type) on the Upwork platform.

Examples of Misclassified Content:

  • Posting a public job post that shows a freelancer's skills or request to be hired instead of an actual job
  • Posting a public job post under the wrong category (ex: A web development job under the Content Writing category)
  • A public job post that is intended for a specific freelancer
