To create a new team on Upwork, navigate to Settings › Teams › Create New Team, enter your desired name, and select Create Team. Once set up, you can assign contracts to this team by selecting it from the drop-down menu when posting new jobs, streamlining collaboration and contract organization.

- Select Create Team
