Upwork Enterprise self-serve portal can walk you through our platform, answer questions, or get the help you need. Found through the icon on the bottom of your dashboard page, you can interact with the portal like you would with an account representative or support agent. Can I contact Enterprise Support through live chat?

Our Enterprise self-serve portal can provide help, but we do not currently offer live chat support for Enterprise. To talk with a human, you can email or call us. Our agents typically respond within two hours.
