Your Job Success Score (JSS) can disappear if you do not meet the minimum criteria for it to be calculated. Here are the main reasons why your JSS might no longer be visible:

  • Not enough completed contracts: You need at least two completed jobs with two different clients in the past 24 months to maintain a JSS.

  • Long inactivity period: If you have not completed any new contracts in the past 24 months, your JSS may disappear.

  • Contract eligibility issues: If your completed contracts are ineligible (e.g., no earnings or feedback), they won’t count towards your JSS calculation.
