Check Your Job Success Insights Page: This provides a breakdown of your contracts and factors affecting your JSS.
The nature of the outcomes are represented by three symbols:
Checkmark — indicates a positive influence on your score Exclamation Mark — indicates there are discrepancies in the factor which may be negatively impacting your score. This is most commonly seen with “Client satisfaction” where private feedback may differ from public feedback. X — indicates a negative influence on your score - Consider the JSS Calculation Windows: Upwork calculates JSS based on 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month timeframes. A low score from an older contract can still impact your JSS.

Check for Ineligible Jobs: If a job was unpaid or did not receive feedback, it may not have been counted correctly.
